Living in Korea has given me lots of new experiences, it's kind of hard to explain :/ I guess coming to korea with an open mind was the best thing to have done.
But Gash sometimes I can't even explain to myself the actual behavior of some Koreans. Sometimes it is just funny, but sometimes i just have to swallow and keep going.
Koreans don't say "excuse me" the push you out the door! get use to it!
Train Cases: Usually when you are on the train is kind of hard not to stare at someone unless you reading or watching TV in it. I wish i had a video to show the way people walks just to stare at me or us it depends, i have had uncomfortable times but funny ones too, like people walking sideways and bumping into people,things, just so they can take a good look at us, etc,lol.
There was this one time I was on the train with Nancy, (friend of mine) and this lady was staring at me the whole train ride, I waved at her and smiled. Nancy and I walked out of the train to transfer and the same lady fallowed us. Then she came up to me and held my hand and said "Thank you" in korean, I have no idea why she did such thing but it was quite unusual.(Gina said that she was thanking me for giving her the opportunity to see a foreigner) lol!
